Thanks to Pepe's profound commitment to natural principles, this coffee achieves exceptional clarity, with intense floral and citrus notes defining its premium quality.
This coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process: cherries are harvested, depulped, and washed with fresh spring water on the same day, then slow-dried for 30 days on covered raised beds for optimal flavor development. The Typica Mejorado varietal is a unique Ecuadorian hybrid with Bourbon and Ethiopian heirloom lineage.
