Notably, Pepe is celebrated as the first South American to summit the highest peak on each continent. Thanks to Pepe's profound commitment to natural principles, this coffee achieves exceptional clarity, with intense floral and citrus notes defining its premium quality.

This coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process: cherries are harvested, depulped, and washed with fresh spring water on the same day, then slow-dried for 30 days on covered raised beds for optimal flavor development. The Typica Mejorado varietal is a unique Ecuadorian hybrid with Bourbon and Ethiopian heirloom lineage.
